The Dallas Morning news has stated that bloggers can be sued for libel. Some have reported that the fact that a newspaper threatens legal action is interesting on two fronts:
1. They probably didn’t know what a blog was last year.
2. The Dallas Morning News does not understand the internet. They DO NOT permit links beyond their homepage:
“Links to, and frames of, the Site. If you operate a Web site and wish to link to this Site, you may link only to the home page of the Site and not to any other page or subdomain of us.”
