I’m trying a new blogging tool called Ecto. Most blogging tools I have tried have easy posting elements, however Ecto is a cross platform solution that appears pretty well tuned for OS X users.

Its great to be able to test Ecto in my blog against Newsgator’s MarsEdit program.
The integration of iPhoto, iTunes and Amazon support built right into the toolbar is smart. Tags via Technorati and auto URLs are quite the nice, quickly accessible feature I have not found on other tools.
