Sunday Yahoo and SixApart (makers of MovableType, TypePad and LiveJournal) announced a partnership where Yahoo will be the preferred supplier of MoveableType for small business.
And just last week Yahoo announced the acquisition of Del.icio.us — the buyout of social software continues….to grow in influence.

MT was good until they put a restrictive EULA on the free version. Why would people pay for MT when they can just use wordpress, or textpattern for free?
