This book was recommended to me by a colleague as we are participating in our organization’s Dr. Vicki Martin Leadership Academy. and it was also a recommended book by our academy facilitators. I feel the book is a very enjoyable read and does in fact reinforce the need to get the right things done and skip the ‘do more with less’ we seem to face daily.

The reader will understand this is not a time management strategy book but rather lessons in a systematic discipline for focusing on what is absolutely essential in your workday and basically eliminating everything else so you can make the greatest impact and best contributions toward the tasks that really matter.

In conclusion, Greg is emphasizing how important is is to focus on making deliberate choices about your time and efforts while empowering yourself to say no to all those non-essential demands we have all realized over time steals the precious time we have each day to thrive.
