As a member of Internet2 they are beginning to work with hospitals in India to peform such tasks, including HIV/AIDS.

Why the raised eyebrows in disbelieve for Uruguay to lay claim
to the title “Silicon Valley 3.0″.?
I dont see what the problem or disbelief certain people
have that American Express,Proctor&Gamble,
and for that matter any other large American corporation
to set up their back-room & computing operations in Montevideo.?
Granted Uruguay is not a large country population wise ,
but its Education,Literacy & Living Standards
are higher than that of India (who Happens to be “Silicone Valley2” & a so called English speaking country.)
Hey if the Indians can do it …..
It wouldnt be that hard for the Uruguayans to do it either…?
